Seaside MedSpa, P.A. was Established in 2015 by Dr.’s Cowan and Steiner. Dr. Steiner retired in 2025. Dr. Cowan, now in a new location in Calabash, N.C., works in conjunction with Master Aesthetician, Mandy, in order to provide a comprehensive approach to skincare. This dynamic duo can transform your skin!

Dr. Cowan is a physician specializing in aesthetic and laser medicine, with a background in Emergency Medicine and years of experience in procedural care and patient safety.
She brings a medically rigorous approach to aesthetics--combining advanced injectable techniques, laser treatments and medical grade skincare to deliver natural, refined results.
Her training in emergency medicine provides a unique foundation in anatomy, complication recognition and patient care, allowing her to approach aesthetic procedures with a level of precision that sets her practice apart.
