Dr. Cowan and Dr. Steiner are both owners and operators of SeaSide MedSpa, P.A. They both provide Aesthetic Skincare & minimally invasive Cosmetic Procedures. They work in conjunction with Medical Esthetics, offering adjunctive skincare.
R. Clayton Steiner, M.D.
Dr. Steiner received his medical degree from George Washington University with over 20 years of general surgery and critical care experience. He specializes also in advanced wound care and hyperbarics. Dr. Steiner has advanced training in neuromuscular blockers, PRP-Platelet Rich Plasma-hair restoration, benign skin lesion removal and skincare. Dr. Steiner is our PRP Doc!
Lisa R. Cowan, M.D.
Dr. Cowan received her medical degree from East Carolina University where she specialized in Emergency Care. She has extensive training and certification in cosmetic rejuvenation of the face, the use of injectables, chemical peels, and PRP rejuvenation. Dr. Cowan serves as Medical Director of the office.

Darci is our Office Manager and has extensive knowledge of all things Aesthetic! She received her Medical Assistant Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Liberty University. Seaside’s Medical Esthetician, Kelly, has over 20 years of experience working in Medical Aesthetics. She incorporates Medical Grade Cosmeceuticals, addressing many different skin conditions and types, in her 7-point skin analysis. She works under direct supervision of our Physicians and is trained in many advanced procedures including medical dermaplaning & dermapeels, chemical peels (including Salicylic, Glycolic and Lactic acids, Jessner Peels, TCA peels and Retinol based metabolic peels), medical microneedling, along with Custom Facials (SkinCeuticals, Cosmedix, and Theraderm Protocols).
